Dunsley Slimline SG 5kw – Northenden
This is the second install we did in this house. A Dunsley slimline 5kw multi fuel stove was chosen because of the large glass opening. Originally there was just a flat wall. We knocked out the opening to the original builders opening and installed a concrete lintel, a multi fuel liner was installed. Inside the chamber we used thermacel board – a heat protective board which can be painted to any colour, as long as its emulsion. The granite hearth was installed to the front and back of the chamber and a solid oak surround installed to finish it off. Perfect!!
