ACR Neo 3P – Bacup
We supplied and installed an ACR Neo 3p. Our customer had already installed their own hearth. Fire board installed at the back of the stove to protect the wall.
Twin wall pipe was installed as our customer wanted the stove in the corner of the room and not in a chimney breast.
The Neo 3p has side glass and is a multi fuel stove. A large viewing window and sides, perfect free standing stove.
DOWNLOAD ACR NEO BROCHUREWe chose your firm over and above a local firm (even though the local was slightly cheaper). The reason was because at the onset the surveyor was knowledgeable and guided us through our concerns as we have never had a log burner before.
At the time of installation the men covered all my walkways and the lounge to ensure that dirt or dust was not left. They vacuumed throughout the day and a thorough vacuum at the end. This was so important for me – I did not have to do any cleaning up or take away any debris.
I was talked through exactly what to do to ensure a good heat from the fire.
All in all this was a professional job over and above the standard of workmanship seen these days.
